Project Management

Whether you are managing a portfolio of business, program strategy or a project, it is important to know how to actually achieve the results desired and expected. This includes skills such as developing a statement of work or team charter, completing a comprehensive stakeholder analysis, developing a detailed work plan, analyzing risks that could stall a project or take it off track, completing status updates, keeping issue & action logs, and running effective meetings.
